These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, platforms, and websites operated by Abisodata Communication, located at Commercial Center 3C Kashim Ibrahim College of Education, Kashim Ibrahim Road, Maiduguri, Borno 600251 ("Abisodata", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our platforms.

1. Eligibility

By using our platform, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

2. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Use of Services

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the platform:

• In any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• To infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• To distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• To engage in fraudulent or misleading practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the services.

4. Wallet and Financial Services

By using our payment or wallet services, you authorise Abisodata and our authorised partners (including Monnify, Billstack, Flutterwave, and Moniepoint) to process transactions and facilitate account-related services on your behalf.

• You may be required to provide additional verification information, such as your BVN or NIN, to comply with financial regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
• All financial transactions processed through our platform are subject to applicable transaction limits, fees, and verification requirements.

5. Return and Refund Policy

All payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable, except in the following situations:

• The product or service delivered does not match what was purchased; or
• The customer made an error in selecting or ordering the product.

Any request for a refund will be subject to verification, and the customer must return the product (where applicable). Abisodata Communication reserves the right to deduct any expenses incurred in the process of refunding or changing the customer’s order.

We strongly encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing any payment. If you believe a payment was made in error or encounter a technical issue during a transaction, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

In cases involving third-party service providers (such as Monnify, Billstack, Flutterwave and Moniepoint), their respective terms and refund policies may also apply.

6. Third Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services or websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of third parties. Your interaction with such services is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are either owned by Abisodata or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). By using our platform, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and lawful.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abisodata shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business, or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account or information.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abisodata, its officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also discontinue your use of our services at any time.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
